Playing In The Past

What I learned by looking back

In a recent episode of the Hockey IQ podcast, Hall of Famer Martin St. Louis talked about the importance of playing in the future:

• Understanding where other players are in space

• Predicting their movements

• Acting decisively to create advantages

But for the past months I’ve been playing in the past.

What I found is fascinating.
